Ingredients :
- Cheese-1 cup cubed
- Carrot-1 big (peeled and cubed)
- Pumpkin-1 cup (peeled and cubed)
- Cauliflower-1 cup (cut into small floret)
- Green pea-1/2 cup
- Onion leaves-1/2 cup
- Tomato-1 big (optional)
- Onion-1 medium(chopped)
- Green chili-4 pieces
- Coriander leaf-1/2 cup (optional)
- Red chili powder-1/2 ts or your choice
- Turmeric powder-1 ts
- Cumin powder-1/2 ts
- Coriander powder-1/2 ts
- Ginger paste-1/2 ts
- Garlic paste-1/2 ts
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Salt-According to taste
Procedure :
- Make paste of the tomato in a blender and keep aside.
- Wash vegetables and boil until tender(Add some salt). Remove from pan and keep aside.
- Heat oil in the pan. Add chopped onion and stir. When onion become soft add tomato paste and all ingredients except vegetables and coriander leaves. Stir and add 1/4 cup water. Cook until water is separated.
- Add vegetables,cover it with lid and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese, stir and cook in low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Now add coriander leaves and cook in low heat another 2 minutes.
- Enjoy with roti,parata.luchi or rice.
