Mixed Vegetables with Cheese (চীজ সবজি)


Ingredients :
  1. Cheese-1 cup cubed
  2. Carrot-1 big (peeled and cubed)
  3. Pumpkin-1 cup (peeled and cubed)
  4. Cauliflower-1 cup (cut into small floret)
  5. Green pea-1/2 cup
  6. Onion leaves-1/2 cup
  7. Tomato-1 big (optional)
  8. Onion-1 medium(chopped)
  9. Green chili-4 pieces
  10. Coriander leaf-1/2 cup (optional)
  11. Red chili powder-1/2 ts or your choice
  12. Turmeric powder-1 ts
  13. Cumin powder-1/2 ts
  14. Coriander powder-1/2 ts
  15. Ginger paste-1/2 ts
  16. Garlic paste-1/2 ts
  17. Oil-1/2 cup
  18. Salt-According to taste
Procedure :
  1. Make paste of the tomato in a blender and keep aside.
  2. Wash vegetables and boil until tender(Add some salt). Remove from pan and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in the pan. Add chopped onion and stir. When onion become soft add tomato paste and all ingredients except vegetables and coriander leaves. Stir and add 1/4 cup water. Cook until water is separated.
  4. Add vegetables,cover it with lid and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cheese, stir and cook in low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Now add coriander leaves and cook in low heat another 2 minutes.
  7. Enjoy with roti,parata.luchi or rice.
