I think approximately 5.5 kg to 6 kg rice with 10 to 12 kg meat will be good to make Tehari for 100 people. But in my experience, the amount may very depends on other things like how many side items you are planning to do.

  12. i want to cook tehari for 100 people on every Friday for street people. what should be the ingredient (rice, meat) quantity.. as i will do it on every Friday it should be budget friendly as well. so can you mention the minimum quantity? because the main intention is to feed hungry people. so i don't think it needs to be a commercial quality.
