Bitter Melon/Korola Fry ( করল্লা ভাজি )

Ingredients :
  1. Bitter Melon/Korola-2 medium (chopped)
  2. Onion-1 small (chopped)
  3. Green chili-3-4 pieces or your choice
  4. Turmeric powder-1/2 ts
  5. Oil-around 3 Tbs
  6. Salt-1/2 ts or your choice
Procedure :
  1. Wash korola and drain water.
  2. Add salt,mix well and keep it for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and stir it. When onion become soft, add korola, green chili, turmeric powder and pinch of salt, and mix it well in a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook it around 10 minutes in lower medium heat. Don't cover the pan with lid. Stir occasionally.
  5. When oil comes out remove from the pan.
  6. Enjoy with plain rice.

  1. My favourite vegetable fry! But there is a tricks i think u sud mention in ur procedure. u sud not jerk or shake it much. If u do so u will have the vegetable with bitter taste.
