Raw Banana Kabab(কাঁচাকলা'র কাবাব)

For Kabab:
  1. Raw banana -2 pcs
  2. Potato-1 medium size
  3. Onion-1 medium(finely chopped)
  4. Green chili-4-5 small pcs (finely chopped)
  5. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander leaf- 2 Tbs(chopped)
  8. Oil- around 1 cup for frying
  9. Salt-1/2 tsp or according to your taste
For stuffing:
  1. Egg-1
  2. Green chili-2 pcs (finely chopped)
  3. Onion-1 Tbs (finely chopped)
  4. Oil-1 Tbs
  1. Heat 1 Tbs oil in a pan in medium heat. Add onion and green chili and cook it until it become tender.
  2. Add egg and stir to mix it well with onion and green chili. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  3. Boil raw banana and potato until it become tender.
  4. Peel and mash banana and potato.Add all kabab ingredients and mix it well.
  5. Divide it into 7/8 portion.Take 1 portion of mixture, press with your hand and put stuff in the middle of it. Cover and seal the corner and press with your finger to make the kabab.
  6. Make other kabab in the same way.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry kabab until both side become golden brown.
  8. Enjoy with sauce.
