Ingredients :
- Pineapple-1
 - Egg-4 (hard boiled)
 - Onion-1 medium(chopped)
 - Red chili powder-1/4 ts
 - Turmeric powder-1/2 ts
 - Cumin powder-1 ts
 - Coriander powder-1 ts
 - Ginger paste-1 ts
 - Garlic paste-1 ts
 - Cardamom-4 pieces
 - Cinnamon-2 stick
 - Bay leaf-2 pieces
 - Coconut milk-3 cup
 - Sugar-1 Tbs(you may add or less sugar depending to your pineapple sweetness)
 - Oil- 4 Tbs + 3 ts
 - Salt-1 ts or according to your taste
 
- Peel and wash pineapple. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
 - Heat 1 ts oil in a pan. Add onion,cinnamon and cardamom. Fry until become light brown. Put it in a blender and make paste.
 - Remove shell from egg. Put 1 pinch turmeric powder and 1/4 ts salt to the egg. Mix well.
 - Heat 2 ts oil in the pan. Add egg and fry until become golden. Remove from the pan and keep aside.( you may halve them)
 - Heat 4 Tbs oil in the pan. Add pineapple, onion paste and all other spices and cook for few seconds.
 - Add 1 cup milk, stir and cover the pan with lid. Cook until oil comes out.(if pineapple is not tender add 1/2 cup water)
 - Add 2 cup milk and bring it to boil. Add egg and cover the pan with lid.
 - Cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook additional 5-10 minutes in low heat.
 - Serve with rice or plain Pulao.
