Ingredients :
- Boneless chicken breast-1/2 lb
- Cumin powder-1/2 ts
- Garam mashala powder-1/2 ts
- Ginger paste-1 ts
- Garlic paste-1 ts
- Soy sauce-2 Tbs
- Corn flour-2 Tbs
- Red chili powder-1/2 ts
- Egg-1 large
- Bread crumbs-1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt-1/4 ts or your choice
- Clean and wash the chicken. Then cut the chicken into bite sizes.
- Add all the ingredients except oil and bread crumb to the chicken. Mix all of them very well. Keep them marinated for 30 minutes.
- Take 1 piece of chicken and coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Coat all of the chicken pieces and keep them on a plate.
- Keep it in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in the pan. Fill oil half of the fry pan. When oil become heated start deep frying.
- Enjoy with sauce.
