Ingredients:
- Ripe papaya (cut in cube size)- 2 cup
- Cold Milk - 1 cup
- Mango juice - 1/2 cup (you can add any flavor juice)
- Yogurt- 2 Tbs
- Ice cream (any flavor)- 1-2 scoop
- Honey - 1/2 Tbs (optional)
- Sugar- 1 ts (optional)
- Ice cube - 3-4 pieces
Procedure:
- Take all in ingredients except the ice cube in your blender and blend them smoothly.
- Pour the smoothie in a serving glass, put the ice and serve chill.
