Borhani (বোরহানি)
Ingredients :
- Yogurt-500 gm
- Cumin powder-1/2 ts
- Coriander powder-1/2 ts
- Red chili powder-1/4 ts
- White pepper powder -1/2 ts
- White mustard seed paste- 1 ts
- Green chili paste- 1 ts
- Ginger paste- 1/4 ts
- Mint leaf paste- 2 ts
- Coriander leaves paste -1/2 ts
- Tomato sauce- 1/2 ts (optional)
- Sugar- 1 Tbs or according to your taste
- Black salt-1 ts
- Salt- 1 ts or your choice
- Water-1/4 cup
Procedure:
- Place all of the ingredients to the blender. And blend well.
- Keep it in the refrigerator to serve cold.
