Potol Fry(পটল ভাজি)
Ingredients:
- Potol- 8-10 pieces
- Onion-1 cup(finely chopped )
- Green chilli-4 (cut into length wise)
- Turmeric powder-1/2 ts
- Oil- 1/2 cup
- Salt-1/2 ts or your choice
Procedure:
- Scrape the outer portion/ green portion from the potol with knife or spoon.
- Wash and make it half like pic.
- Add salt,turmeric powder and mix with potol. Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan in medium heat and fry both side of potol until it turns golden brown.
- Remove potol from oil and place in a paper towel to soak extra oil.
- Add onion and green chili into the remaining oil. Add remaining mixture(turmeric and salt) and fry it until it turns light brown color.
- Add fried potol and cook for 2 min in low heat.
- Now it is ready to serve.
