Ingredients:
- Shojne data-500 gm
- Potato-1 medium(peeled and sliced)
- Onion-1 medium size(paste)
- Green chilli-6-8 pcs(paste)
- Cumin powder-3/4 ts
- Coriander powder-3/4 ts
- Mustard seed-1 ts(paste)
- Turmeric powder-1/2 ts
- Salt-3/4 ts
- Oil-1/4 cup
Procedure:
- First make onion and green chilli paste and keep aside.
- Then peel and cut data around 3 inch long.
- Heat oil in a pan in medium heat. Add data and all other ingredient and stir around a minute.
- Add 1 cup of water, cover the pan and cook until all liquid evaporated.
- Stir until oil comes out by the side of the pan. Add around 1 and 1/2 cup water.
- Cook around 6-7 minutes or until your desired curry consistency comes out.
- Enjoy with plain rice.
