Ingredients :
- Egg-4
- Onion-1 small (paste)
- Hot green chili-6-7 pieces or according to your taste (you may use 1/2 ts red chili powder)
- Turmeric powder-1/2 ts
- Cumin powder-1/2 ts
- Ginger paste-1/2 ts
- Garlic paste-1/2 ts
- Oil-around 4 Tbs
- Salt-1/2 ts or according to your taste
- Boil the eggs, remove outer shell and slightly cut the eggs with a knife. Then add a little bit salt & turmeric powder on the eggs and mix them.
- Take onion paste to a little bowl and add turmeric powder,cumin powder,ginger,garlic paste and salt. Mix all of them well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry eggs lightly. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
- Add the masala(spices) mixture to the oil and stir. Add green chili and stir until oil comes out by the side of the pan. Add semi fried egg and stir around 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 cup water and cover the pan with lid. Cook it until the gravy looks thick.
- Now your egg curry is ready to serve.
