Ingredients :
- Noodles-200gm
- Cauliflower-1/2 cup(cut into small floret)
- Cabbage-1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Green pea-1/2 cup
- Carrot-1/2 cup(finely chopped or grated)
- Beans-1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)
- Onion-1 medium (finely chopped)
- Green chili-3-4 pieces (chopped)
- Soy sauce-1 ts
- Hot sauce or tomato sauce-1 ts
- Chili sauce-1 ts (optional)
- Oil-3 Tbs
- Salt- 2 and 1/2 ts or according to your taste
- Egg-2 (hardly boil for decoration)
- Boil 1 liter water in a deep pan in high heat. When water start boil add 2 ts salt and stir. Add noodles and cook until tender.
- Remove noodles from the pan, drain water and keep aside. (you may cut noodles here and there with a kitchen scissor)
- Boil all vegetables in another pan medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 ts salt and stir.
- Drain water from vegetables and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan in medium heat. Add chopped onion and stir. When onion become soft add vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes. Add noodles. Stir around 3 minutes.
- Add all sauces and stir. Reduce heat and keep it in low heat for 2 minutes.
- Remove outer shell from boiled egg and cut into small pieces.
- Decorate with egg and serve.
