- Bread- 2 piece
- Milk - 4 cup
- Condensed milk- 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder- 1/4 ts
- Egg -1
- Sugar - 1 Tbs
- Salt -1/4 ts
- Oil - 4 Tbs
- Almond(chopped)-1/4 cup
Procedure:
- Separate 1 Tbs milk in a bowl, then take rest of milk in a pan, add cardamom powder, boil it and make it approximately 1 cup. During boil stir continuously, otherwise milk will be burn down. Then add condensed milk and again boil it one more time.
- Now toast bread to a light brown color in a pan or in a toaster. Cut it in four square shape or two triangular shape and set aside.
- Beat the egg with the separated milk in the bowl. Add sugar, salt and beat it well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. When oil is hot, deep one piece of bread into the beaten egg, put it in oil and fry the both side carefully to a brown color, then take out on a paper towel. Fry rest of the piece in same process.
- Take all the fried bread on a serving dish and arranged it in one layer, then spread half of the boiled milk on top of the bread, cover it and wait 10 minutes.
- After that again spread the rest half milk on the top and garnish the top by spreading chopped almond.
- Serve the delicious dessert.
