Ingredients:
- Unsalted butter
Procedure:
- Take butter in a pan and heat it to a medium low heat. Allow the butter to melt and come to a boil.
- Keep it for boiling and become foaming for about 15 minutes in low heat. Stir it occasionally so that it can not burn.
- Wait until a nice golden color to show up. Then turn off the heat and allow it to cool down. Then drain it through a strainer into a dry container and preserve it for your cooking.
